1. Do anything you normally do on an average day but remember to preface it with an order. Example: just wake up, repeat: "I command you to wake up and stand up" before going to the bathroom: "I order you to go to the bathroom and pee (or more)" before going to work: "I order you to go to work, "and so on till the evening at bedtime (" I order you to go to bed and sleep "); 2) Make the order as always and without question;
3) In caso di insubordinazione o ribellione, dare il seguente ordine: "ti ordino di ribellarti e fare come ti pare", ed eseguirlo alla lettera.
