  ECONOMIC EFFECTS OF NEW TREATMENTS

CONSIDERED the need to give effect to that Act;
DECREED
Article 1
E 'Will the renovation of the insolvency proceedings referred to DDG 22.11.2004, quoted in the introduction, according to the criteria established by Act No. 202 of 3 December 2010 and in the manner of conduct referred to in Articles 2, 3 and 4 of this Decree.
Article 2 may
participate in the renewal of the procedure referred to in this decree:
a) Candidates who at the date of entry into force of Law No. 202/2010 above serve to act as head teacher with permanent contract;
b) Candidates who have attended the training course and passed the final examination, not yet in service functions of head teacher;
c) candidates who participated in the written tests completing each of them with the delivery of its processed and which have not been admitted to the training referred to DDG 22.11.2004.
Article 3
1. Applicants under Art. 2 points. a) of this Order submit a written test on the experience maturata nel corso del servizio.

DDG and Article 18 of 22.11.2004. 24-d of the Decree Law No. 248 of 31 December 2007 converted with amendments into Law 31 of 28 February 2008 (cd Milleproroghe).
8. The tests referred to in paragraphs 1 and 5 of this Article shall be concluded within thirty days from the date of publication of this Decree respecting notice to interested applicants no less than fifteen days. Article 4

1. Applicants under Art. 2 points. c) of this decree shall be admitted to the regeneration of the insolvency proceedings through a new evaluation of the projects. Each prepared a case and are assigned a score according to criteria established by the Board.
2. The jury is required to ensure the anonymity of the projects until the conclusion of the evaluation process, adopting for this purpose, any measure it considers appropriate.
3. The eligible candidates after the assessment referred to in paragraph 1 shall be eligible to attend the training course described in Section 5.
Article 5

Le assunzioni dei candidati di cui all'Art. 2, lett. c) fermo restando il regime autorizzatorio di cui all'articolo 39, comma 3-bis, della Legge n. 449 del 27 dicembre 1997 e successive modificazioni, sono effettuate, ai sensi dell’art. 10 della Legge 202/2010 citata in premessa, per tutti i posti che si renderanno vacanti e disponibili nella Regione Sicilia negli anni scolastici 2010/2011 e 2011/2012.
Art. 9
Il presente decreto sarà pubblicato sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale - Serie generale - della Repubblica Italiana.
